So...Who is Georges Atlan? Denim Guru. That's who.

Georges Atlan
The Man Behind the Pride Jeans

Walking into the heart of Georges Atlan's downtown LA factory, the first thing you sense is
the sheer energy. Everywhere you look, people are busy sewing, cutting, stitching,
creating. And perhaps the busiest one of all is Georges Atlan, founder and creative
visionary behind Eye For Manufacturing.

Over twenty years ago, Georges left his native Lyon, France, for the rock ‘n roll glamour
of Los Angeles — with only $500 in the back pocket of his favorite pair of jeans, a few
words of English, and big dreams of denim success.

Today, Georges has produced millions of high-end jeans for some of the world’s most
recognized and fashion-forward brands. His success relies in large part on his
unrelenting pursuit of perfection. But while he’s fanatical about getting the details just
right, his clients also say he’s a consummate professional who’s easy to work with, and
whose opinion they trust. This explains why Georges has developed long-lasting
relationships in the ever-evolving world of denim — with both his clients and the talented
members of his own team.

Denim is more than Georges’ life work. It’s is his passion. You might even say, denim
runs in his veins. Prick his finger, and he bleeds blue. This passion is what makes
Georges the go-to source for the industry’s most talented designers. There are plenty of
factories that just make jeans. The difference with Georges is his appreciation for denim
as an art form and creative expression. Much like an artistic director, Georges inspires
his team of sewers, dyers, and washers to create their very best work. This creative
environment extends to clients as well. If you want to push new ideas, differentiate your
lines, or produce the latest must-have concept, Eye For Manufacturing offers all the tools you’ll need to turn your denim dreams into reality.

art direction | content production

Today, Georges and Yves Atlan continue to approach the high-end fashion business with fresh vision and vigor. They created a cutting edge design studio within their premium factory location in downtown LA. This seamless and creative approach brings Pride designers closer to a highly specialized production process. e-native was contracted to art direct and produce a photo-shoot to illustrate this new creative vision. We teamed with internationally recognized, avant-garde fashion photographer, Sinisha, to achieve our vision. The e-native/Sinisha team delivered a top quality product, on time and on budget.

brand image | web design

e-native translated Eye For Manufacturing unique brand identity into their logo by creating a design that spoke to the essence of the company: George Atlan's personal signature. We brought in our own copywriter thus ensuring all essential elements were acquired with a singular vision and voice. Armed with the essential brand logo, and descriptive text, e-native designed an original website featuring Sinisha's photography. The website was a stepping-stone onto the web for Eye For Manufacturing. With acquired experience in hand, and significant changes to reflect within the business, Pride is ready for a new e-native website.
